Lemon Delight
Equipment
- oven, refrigerator, hand mixer, mixing bowls, measuring spoons, 9x13 glass baking dish
Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine melted
- 2 C. flour
- 1 C. pecan pieces Press ingredients into a 9x13 pan
- 2 8oz. Cream Cheese blocks softened
- 2 C. Powdered sugar Mix till fluffy, spread on baked crust. This is your second layer.
- 2 small packages of Instant Lemon Pudding
- 3 C. milk Mix well, till pudding is set, spread on cream cheese. Cool in refrigerator. When completely cool, or before serving, add Cool Whip to top.
Instructions
This is a 3 level dessert.
- The first layer- is the melted margarine, flour and pecan pieces, baked in a 9x13 pan.
- The second layer- is the cream cheese, powdered sugar, mixed and spread on the crust.
- The third layer- is the lemon pudding, milk, mixed well and spread on the cream cheese.
- Cool in refrigerator. Add another layer of Cool Whip (flavor of your choice), before serving.
