Lemon pudding dessert, light and refreshing

Equipment

  • oven, refrigerator, hand mixer, mixing bowls, measuring spoons, 9x13 glass baking dish

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sticks margarine melted
  • 2 C. flour
  • 1 C. pecan pieces Press ingredients into a 9x13 pan
  • 2 8oz. Cream Cheese blocks softened
  • 2 C. Powdered sugar Mix till fluffy, spread on baked crust. This is your second layer.
  • 2 small packages of Instant Lemon Pudding
  • 3 C. milk Mix well, till pudding is set, spread on cream cheese. Cool in refrigerator. When completely cool, or before serving, add Cool Whip to top.

Instructions
 

This is a 3 level dessert.

  • The first layer- is the melted margarine, flour and pecan pieces, baked in a 9x13 pan.
  • The second layer- is the cream cheese, powdered sugar, mixed and spread on the crust.
  • The third layer- is the lemon pudding, milk, mixed well and spread on the cream cheese.
  • Cool in refrigerator. Add another layer of Cool Whip (flavor of your choice), before serving.
