See translation: The flowers are blooming.
Three years of French classes and this is what I remember, and I do believe it is correct! Note: Even in English, I’m not sure what kind of flowers they are…
On the way out to the mailbox this morning, I noticed little bright yellow
“puddles” of color in the landscaping. When I realized my perennial flowers were in bloom, I was so pleased, it is finally looking, though not feeling, like Spring has arrived.
If you know what these flowers are called, please leave a comment so I can write intelligently in the near future!! They look like mini daffodils.
What’s so exciting about flowers that are supposed to grow?
Well, my friend, these tiny blooms are three times wider than when I planted them two years ago. Three little grocery store plastic pots contained tiny delicate green stems, with photos of the blooms to come…. (if all goes well), a small investment of time and money has had the greatest return possible.

As funny as it sounds, after a hard rain last night, with storms all around us, my tiny perennial flowers and my Dwarf flowering Crabtree’s all burst into blooms today…TODAY!!
Beauty followed the storm.
I like that.
Beauty followed the storm.
TODAY, how will you celebrate, what Praises will you sing?
For me, the “beauty” has been starting my day with yellow puddles-of-flowers, bright green buds on a young tree planted last Fall, and sharing that moment of Joy with you,
Wishing you a beautiful day, my friend, with the storms behind you, and yellow puddles of petals before you,
xx,
I'd love to hear your sharings...
